Documentary “Station Lacaune, enfance gelée” by Nathan Clavère, produced during the second year of his Master's degree in Documentary Creation at Montpellier Paul-Valéry University.
ynopsis: Berthe, André, Jacques and Nelly, all now over 80 years old, look back on their childhood, which came to an abrupt halt in a small town on the edge of the Tarn department: Lacaune-les-Bains.
Placed under compulsory residence in a rural area they knew nothing about, their memories remain frozen in time. They recall the anxiety, shame and separation they experienced, but also the unbreakable bonds they formed with the people of Lacaune.
The screening will be followed by a discussion.
Presented as part of the Cinéma en Balade Festival, organised by the Tarn Department.
