A journey through the centuries in a 16th-century consular house.

During your visit, discover a 16th-century consular house located opposite the famous Pisseurs Fountain, built in 1559 and listed as a Historic Monument.

Inside, 17 themed rooms invite you to explore the many facets of local history: the Wild Child, the wool and spinning wheel industry, the classroom, the thermal baths, the French Resistance, the Little Train and many more.

The collections feature traditional and bourgeois headdresses and clothing, objects related to weaving, spinning and sheep farming, as well as a selection of agricultural and craft tools illustrating the traditional skills of the past.
