For nearly 30 years, Edwige has lived in the Tarn, including 25 years between the Montagne Noire and the Monts de Lacaune, in the hamlet of Les Estrets.
After using her culinary talents to delight family and friends, she decided in 2005 to start selling her creations so that other food lovers could also enjoy the fruits of her work.
