Our production comes from open-field cultivation using natural farming methods and animal traction, with no pesticides or synthetic chemical fertilisers.

- using and valuing working animals for carrying loads and traction (horses, donkeys and even goats)
- avoiding environmental impact through harmful or unsuitable cultivation techniques
- producing and selling locally, offering healthy products with excellent flavour at the best possible price
