Agriculture biologique (AB)
My farm is located in the hamlet of Coustorgues, in the Hauts Cantons of the Hérault.
In “Le Pré des Filles”, which has successively been a meadow, a garden and an orchard, I have planted a variety of small fruits such as raspberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants, blackberries, strawberries and blueberries, as well as a diversified orchard with kiwis, plum trees, cherry trees, apple trees, pear trees, peach trees, apricot trees and quince trees.
I make artisanal sorbets using the fruits and plants harvested from my crops or gathered in the wild. All the ingredients in my recipes are organic. My sorbets are “full fruit”, meaning they contain at least 60% fruit, and are sold in 125 ml, 500 ml and 1 litre tubs, as well as by the scoop at markets.
Depending on the season, harvests and inspiration, I offer a range of flavours such as strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, blackcurrant, redcurrant, cherry, cherry-elderflower, plum, fig, chestnut, lemon, combava, mint, verbena, lavender, thyme, rose and more.
