We breed our own pigs and raise them outdoors, without GMOs, antibiotics or growth promoters.
All our processed products contain no colourings and no preservatives.
Every dish we prepare is homemade using our own pork, and the side products come from local farms in the region.
In a friendly and warm atmosphere, and exclusively outdoors, we offer farm-style meals made from our pork from July to September, on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunchtimes only.
