My small herd of Alpine goats lives peacefully at 700 metres above sea level in the Caroux mountains. They are raised with care and affection, spending over 300 days a year in open pastoral farming.

I practice extensive farming on pastures, chestnut forests and hiking paths. The goats feed on pasture and ad lib alfalfa, supplemented with corn and barley. They are treated with homeopathy, without the use of antibiotics.

Their excellent-quality milk allows me to produce, from April to December, delicious fresh goat’s cheeses as well as flavourful ice creams.
