Since 2009, Saint-Victor craft beer has been brewed in the Monts de Lacaune using spring water.
Named Saint-Victor after the patron saint of the village, this beer comes in several varieties: blond, dark, American pale ale, lager cascara, triple, session IPA, amber, white beer and even cervoise.
