Located in the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park, at 900 metres above sea level in the Hérault, just 2 km from La Salvetat-sur-Agout.

We raise Aubrac cattle under organic farming, perfectly adapted to our territory. Our herd counts around sixty cows. The calves are born and raised on the farm.
We also operate a straw-based pig finishing unit and a meat sheep farm, with around sixty ewes and rams. Lambs are born and raised on the farm.
Feeding for both cattle and sheep comes exclusively from our farm: meadow grass, grass silage, hay, cereals and straw grown on our land.
We guarantee healthy, high-quality, GMO-free feed for all our animals.
We take the time needed to offer meat with a unique flavour — tender and savoury.
For us, quality comes before quantity.
