The fishing route (3.3 kilometers) is located in the upper valley of the Agout. The Agout, like the Arn, are the rare waterways in the Hérault department whose basins are on the Atlantic slope.
About ten meters wide, the Agout is a succession of gentle currents and more or less deep pools in a stony bed where fish hiding spots are numerous. The AAPPMA of the Haute Vallée de l'Agout regularly ensures the stocking of rainbow trout along this stretch.
